ABC's

I vaguely remember the evening that these pictures were taken. All I really remember is that Logan was asking me to take his picture, but then when I got the camera out, he did his regular act of trying to run away from it! It seems that at one point James got a hold of the camera, thereby explaining the frighting pictures of me. That part I don't remember.
I believe that is James' foot on Logan's head. Probably trying to hold him down for the picture.

In this picture, I think I had told Logan to smile.
This was him trying to not smile and to get away, all at the same time.

A semi good moment.

Here James has the camera. I'm pretty sure he was trying to capture a shot of Logan.
James likes this pictures because he thinks I look like a Zombie.

I have no real explanation for this picture.

Like most people, we have our bedtime ritual for our kids. That includes brushing teeth, going to the bathroom, reading stories, saying prayers, and of course, singing songs. A new habit for Logan is to jump on his bed through all of singing time. I allow it because, 1. He knows he's only allowed to jump on his bed, 2.It's an old bed that we plan on replacing in the near future, and 3. I figure he is wearing himself out and that means he'll fall asleep faster.
Anyway, I absolutely love watching him jump and sing at the same time. I don't know why, probably just because I'm his mom and I like silly things like that. Because it brings a smile to my face I thought I would share it will all of you. I won't be offended if you don't smile. However, I will be offended if you think I'm a bad mom for letting him jump on the bed. You all get to screw up parenting your children, let me screw up mine in peace!
Oh, and we usually sing with him, but his actual singing is a fairly new occurrence, so I thought it would be good to capture him singing alone.

Oh my gosh that is soooo cute!!! I love when kids are at the age where they just mimic the sound they think they're hearing you sing but it's totally off. The end of the alphabet is hard for all of us. And I love that he bee-lined it straight to you and your pitchu!!!

I know, I know, I know! I am a blog stalker!!!! I saw your blog on facebook and couldn't help but look! Your family is so fun and so cute! I just love reading about your fun life. Logan is quite the character! FYI, I think jumping on the bed was one of my favorite childhood memories, why not let Logan have some good memories, too!
